Oracle PL/SQL Developer Application Developer Analyst

Role

As an Oracle developer, you will be joining the Cigna technology team responsible for building and maintaining applications and services supporting our rapidly growing Middle East region.

We are rapidly expanding the team to embark on a major change initiative to augment an existing application ecosystem to enable our business to expand into new markets in the MEA region and beyond. This is an exciting time to become part of the Cigna technology team, working on an initiative that is laying the foundations for our future state technology stack that will ultimately be used across our international business.

About You
You\xe2\x80\x99re an experienced Oracle developer with a strong track record of delivery and experience complex implementations. Passionate about Oracle technology and keep up to date with the latest enhancements, releases and future roadmaps. The type of person that loves the challenge of solving complex technical problems by thinking outside the box.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop, design, test and implement complex database programs using Oracle and third party tools(Toad for Oracle).
• Experience with Oracle Version 12c, 19c,21c
• Strong experience with oracle functions, procedures, triggers, packages & performance tuning,
• Hands on development using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Performance tune SQL\'s, application programs and instances.
• Evaluation of new and upcoming technologies.
• Providing technical assistance, problem resolution and troubleshooting support.

Essential:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years\' experience as an Oracle developer
After go live support project experience.
Expert level using Oracle tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow \xe2\x80\x93 Approval Rules/Notifications, PL/SQL and Fusion Middleware Object Design, Development & Testing
Expertise in OIC, REST/SOAP Integration components
Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of Extension within a software environment
Broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Oracle PaaS/IaaS product

Desirable:
Oracle PaaS Certification is a plus.
Previous Project experiences in finance transformation
Experience working with Agile development methodologies
