Job Title: Oracle Forms & Reports 12c Developer / Administrator (PL/SQL)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Forms & Reports 12c Developer/Administrator with strong PL/SQL expertise to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Oracle Forms & Reports applications, database integration, and troubleshooting issues in production and development environments.

Key Responsibilities

:

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms 12c applications and Reports 12c for enterprise systems. Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers. Perform database integration with Forms & Reports applications. Support installation, configuration, and upgrades of Oracle Forms & Reports on client and server environments. Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Perform performance tuning of Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL code to improve system efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in Forms & Reports applications. Collaborate with DBAs, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless operation of enterprise systems. Maintain version control, change management, and documentation for all applications. Participate in disaster recovery drills, backup, and recovery planning for Forms & Reports applications.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Oracle Forms & Reports 12c - Strong experience in development, maintenance, and migration. PL/SQL Programming - Strong ability to write efficient, optimized code. Database Knowledge - Oracle 11g/12c/19c, SQL tuning, backup & recovery, Data Guard (desirable). Web & Middleware Integration - Oracle Fusion Middleware/WebLogic experience preferred. Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to troubleshoot complex application and database issues. Version Control - Knowledge of tools like Git, SVN, or similar. Good Documentation Skills - Create SOPs, manuals, and technical guides. Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication for interaction with stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field. Oracle Certifications in Forms, Reports, or PL/SQL are a plus.

Experience

Minimum 3-10 years of experience in Oracle Forms & Reports development and PL/SQL programming. Experience in enterprise projects, preferably in banking, finance, or large-scale applications. Exposure to cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) and Oracle RAC/High Availability setups is a plus.
