to join our upscale eyewear boutique in Dubai. In this role, you will provide expert optical advice, ensure precise fittings, and deliver an exceptional client experience while driving sales of our luxury eyewear collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct professional fittings, adjustments, and repairs of eyewear.
Guide customers in selecting frames that match their style, prescription, and needs.
Perform accurate optical measurements .
Maintain in-depth knowledge of brands .
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Ensure visual merchandising and inventory standards are maintained.
Requirements:
Certified Optician or relevant optical qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in optical retail.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Strong technical skills in frame fitting, adjustments, and basic repairs.
Excellent communication, styling, and customer service abilities.
Experience with digital fitting tools/software is a plus.
