Job Responsibilities
As an
Optical Sales Executive
, you will:
Greet and assist customers in choosing frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
Provide expert advice on eyewear styles, lens options, and coatings.
Conduct basic vision screening (if trained).
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Ensure store displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
Stay updated with the latest optical products and technologies.
Requirements
Mandatory:
Must speak Hindi.
Experience:
2-4 years of proven experience in optical sales (UAE experience).
Strong knowledge of frames, lenses, and optical products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexible to work on weekends and retail hours.
