Hiring: Operations Manager - F&B (Abu Dhabi)

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry

Expert in marketing and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Strong knowledge of costing, P&L, and operational reporting

Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi market and its business environment

Must possess a valid UAE driver's license

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams

Prior experience in restaurant operations is mandatory (supporting documents required)

Experience in pastry or dessert-focused restaurants is highly preferred
