Duties and responsibilities
1. Identifying Potential Clients
-Researching and identifying businesses that may need the products.
-Generating leads and building a client database.
-Cold calling, emailing, or visiting prospects.
2. Presenting and Promoting Products
-Explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of products.
-Conducting product demonstrations when necessary.
-Highlighting how the product meets the buyer's business needs.
3. Negotiating Sales Terms
-Discussing pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
-Preparing and finalizing contracts or agreements.
-Handling objections and closing deals.
4. Order Processing
-Taking and processing orders accurately.
-Coordinating with logistics or warehouse teams for timely delivery.
-Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock availability.
5. Customer Relationship Management
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
-Addressing after-sales concerns like complaints or product returns.
-Following up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
6. Market Research & Reporting
-Providing feedback to the company on customer needs and product improvements.
-Reporting sales performance and forecasts to management.
7. Product Knowledge & Training
-Staying updated on product lines, especially if technical.
-Attending training sessions or industry events.
-Educating clients on new or updated products.
