Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone and email regarding prescriptions, lenses, and orders
Validate and recommend suitable lens materials based on optical requirements
Troubleshoot product complaints related to vision discomfort, coatings, or fitting issues
Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales to ensure full resolution
Log communication and follow-ups using ERP/CRM systems
Guide customers on lens features, limitations, and customizations
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Optometry
or any
related field
Minimum
1 year experience
in optical service, optometry clinics, or related customer support
Strong knowledge of ophthalmic lenses and coatings
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Experience using ERP tools is a plus
Calm, detail-oriented, and customer-focused personality
