Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator to our filling lines for PET/HDPE bottles and tins. The ideal candidate to ensure the efficient and safe operation of filling, capping, labeling, case packing, and palletizing processes in accordance with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Roles & Responsibilities

• Setup and operation of filling lines, including filling, capping, labeling, case packing, and palletizing of PET/HDPE bottles and tins
• Follow all SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in production processes.
• Monitor equipment during operation to identify and report any issues or malfunctions to senior operators or supervisors.
• Conduct routine inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met, including checking for leaks, labeling accuracy, Packaging material accuracy and correct capping.
• Assist in performing maintenance tasks and cleaning of machines as per maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operation.
• Changeover of production lines for different product runs, including adjusting machine settings and replacing parts or tools as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any defects or downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and timelines while ensuring a safe working environment.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualification
Diploma / ITI/ Other certificate from Technical school (Electrical/Mechanical)
