Job Description
Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:
- Perform, organizes and coordinates the activities in Logistics department in receiving of finished products related works.
- Assists to supervise and apply the key points from the administrative, planning, improvement and safety work environment in the Logistics Department.
- Ensuring to Re-count bars and attached tags with bundles.
- Record filling for daily Receiving report for Finish Product, Production receipts and stock movement.
- Organize and establish the existing personnel to utilizing them in very effective work distribution. Organize proper document filling for traces ability
- Create a good harmonious relation of responsibility.
- Perform the physical stock inventory, daily, weekly & monthly.
- Assists in Supervision and Coordination with both QC and Production department for any requirements like finished products as per physical matters.
- Perform and maintain a good housekeeping in your area.
- Coordinate and implement strictly follow company rules and regulation.
