Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Operator to join their pharmaceutical team in Oman, specializing in the manufacturing of sterile liquid pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the precise and efficient manufacturing of sterile liquid products while adhering to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor equipment used in the manufacturing of sterile liquid pharmaceuticals. Follow batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and compliant manufacturing. Set up and prepare equipment for production and clean and sanitize it as needed. Perform precise measurements and calculations for the preparation of sterile liquid formulations. Monitor the production process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality. Conduct in-process quality checks and testing to ensure products meet specifications. Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines. Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records. Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration as required. Requirements: Diploma, BSc, or B Pharma in Pharmacy or related field. 6 to 12 years of experience in sterile liquid pharmaceutical manufacturing. Proficient knowledge of sterile liquid manufacturing processes and equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow aseptic techniques. Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements. Effective communication skills. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
