We design, manufacture, assemble and integrate components for gravity-release guided systems, missiles and loitering munitions.
Role Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to build prototype cable wires and harnesses to specifications and requirements to develop a preliminary model for testing and evaluation to ensure it meets the project's requirements and performance standards before moving to full production.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and follow processes and instructions from design engineering.
• Create Cutting and stripping list for reference to establish the correct lengths.
• During prototype manufacturing, evaluate any mechanical or material issues that need correction, and redline documents accordingly. Collaborate with design engineers to solve issues.
• Follow all industry standards and procedures to ensure the prototype harnesses will meet the manufacturing requirements and quality.
• Identify all tools required are correct as per documentation and manufacturing specification.
• Create detailed document of the prototype processes to ensure a smooth transition to production (to identify potential production challenges and preventing costly redesigns during full-scale production)
• During prototype do destructive testing to ensure reliable and quality harnesses (Pull force Test)

Main Requirements:

• 3 Years of relevant experience in Cable/Harness manufacturing and assembly.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
