To operate equipment and carry out duties so as to ensure the efficient supply of product to
and from the production lines. All duties to be achieved within the company quality, safety
and environmental frameworks whilst developing a team working and continuous
improvement culture.
Qualifications:
Essential >2 yrs Experience in a Food production Environment , Understanding of food
safety and Quality management systems
Desirable >5 yrs Expertise in relevant food production area such as kitchen, bakery or
pasty.
Current Holder of Food Hygiene Qualification and certificate with Health & Safety
training
Experience of modern manufacturing practice. A broad, but not detailed technical
knowledge.
