Position Overview
GMG Dubai is seeking a skilled and reliable Butcher to join its Farm Fresh production operations. The role involves handling butchery and meat preparation tasks including slicing, cutting, deboning, and calibration of chicken and meat products. The Butcher will ensure compliance with GMG's operational standards to maintain product quality, maximize yield, and support smooth production workflow in a temperature-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cutting, slicing, deboning, and trimming of meat and poultry as per production standards.
• Calibrate products to ensure accuracy, minimize waste, and achieve desired yield.
• Execute production tasks in line with Farm Fresh operational procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation and butchery areas.
• Identify and report any process or equipment deviations to the Shift Supervisor.
• Follow work schedules and complete assigned tasks within the required time frame.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and internal food safety standards.
• Work in chilled and cold environments as required by the production process.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a meat processing or butchery environment.
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and hygiene.
• Physically fit and able to work in cold storage conditions (up to 15C or below).
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented with a positive work attitude.
