Job Key Details
- Preserve overall quality and service standards
- Assist in financial planning
- Make sure health and safety as well as food safety working practices are adhered to
- Reply to customer complaints on a daily basis
- Support the preparation of a consistent high quality food product and ensure courteous professional efficiency and flexible services
- Prepare budget plans and tactics to achieve target
- Make sure outstanding customer services are delivered
- Any other task as may be assigned
- Must be an undergraduate student in Hospitality Management or its equivalent
- Experience in the pastry field required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must have good computer skills
