The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 12 months in Dubai and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:

Service Operations and work directly with Services Leader and collaborate with different functions including Sales, Project, finance to drive service growth in MEATI region. During the process you will be learning:

• Health, Safety and Environment courses
• SAP and it\xe2\x80\x99s different transactions.
• ServiceMax and scheduling
• Sharepoint and associated collaborative tools.

The job includes maintaining, adapting, and improving the existing process and driving initiatives based on the requirement. Processes include Installed base updates, resource planning, FSEs assets management, Contracts, and backlog updates, FSEs training records upkeep.

Person will also proactively collaborate with In House services to learn process steps and support in maintaining the routers steps and update of Smartsheet database.

To be successful in this traineeship you will:

• Have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering Master in Business Administration within the last 24 months.
• Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills.
• Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge.
• Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
• Demonstrate interpersonal and collaborative skills
