Job Description
The Operations & Technical Manager is responsible for
end-to-end management of aluminium fabrication and installation operations
, ensuring technical compliance, production efficiency, cost control, quality standards, and timely project delivery. The role bridgesengineering, factory production, site execution, procurement, and HSE
, ensuring projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Plan, coordinate, and monitor
factory fabrication and site installation activities
Ensureon-time delivery of projects
within budget and quality requirements Develop and implementproduction schedules and installation programs
Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization Control operational costs and reduce wastageTechnical & Engineering Responsibilities
Review and approve: Shop drawings Method statements Material submittals Cutting lists and fabrication drawings Provide technical solutions for aluminium systems: Curtain wall ACP cladding Louvers Doors, windows, skylights, handrails Coordinate with consultants, architects, and main contractors for approvals Resolve technical issues during fabrication and site execution.
