Basic job description:

Manager - Operations & Technical Services oversees daily administrative and operational functions, orchestrating technical, procurement and HR facets of the company`s day-to-day activities.

Education:

Higher degree Degree in Aviation or Maritime Engineering is advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reports to the Chief Executive Officer Handles company's internal affairs Production Planning & Control, Managing restorer teams Recruitment and Human Resource Management Cost control & budget implementation Employment of business strategy and vision Represent G-LUX at exhibitions, aviation and maritime shows, and conferences Identify and capture various marketplace opportunities Accounts Receivables collection and cash-flow management Together with the Sales team, coordinate G-LUX social media campaigns and go-to-market strategy to increase brand awareness

Basic Skills and Knowledge:

Strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership skills. Solid knowledge of the maritime industry and good connections within the UAE network, enabling the candidate to act and manage activities from the Day 1. Ability to manage the companies' versatile operational activities, distribute tasks and control the deliverables within technical, procurement and HR fields. Knowledge of the Middle East / GCC marketplace with its specifics and market players (aviation and/or maritime). Strong business acumen with good communication skills. Prominent user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Multi-tasker with excellent time-management skills. Management Reporting Skills, enabling the preparation of monthly and yearly reports on different content. Ability to drive diverse and multi-functional teams to achieve the company set force revenue and profit targets. Fluent English and Russian is a must, and Arabic is an advantage. Valid UAE driver license

Basic salary:

10000 AED
