Partner with the best As a Operation Support Specialist, you will coordinate the activities of service delivery personal in field. You will take ownership for resource allocation and ensure on-time delivery. Developing skillsets and experience within the team, you will maximize the group's business impact. Working on training plans with people leaders. As a Operation Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: Assisting Office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals. People/crew management (accommodation, transportation, journey management, travel documents etc) for field deployments & office employees. Management of field job data on server. Update of jobs in reporting system as per Company procedure. Working closely with people leaders for achieving competency requirements. QC of the bonus claims Monitoring of the safety & quality observations for the segment. Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered Contributing to project as a team member.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have completed a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science or Business Administration Have Excel experience Be a Self-starter with high motivation levels and demonstrated leadership skills.
