Common duties and responsibilities a. Site inspection to determine the environmental impact of the business b. Coordination with the administration for any operation related hinderness. c. Managing all the onsite operation work d. Proper reporting, documentation on site & back office e. Follow safety guidelines & train teams on HSE guidelines f. Follow environmental guidelines g. Collection and analysis of environmental data and any negative impact of pesticides usage on environment h. Oversees day to day task handed over to teams, do proper reporting to the management i. Plan to cover maximum applications in a day, and in a month to achieve targets Plan strategically to do quality service j. Assign each team members its duties and having team management skills. k. Clearly communicate with client, open minded, can handle objections. l. Make sure that each service is done properly as per contract terms. m. Able to handle urgent requests, and follow the protocols needed for VIP Service. n. Able to conduct inspections, surveys, and do pricing if needed. o. Able to use computer, and basic applications on PC/Laptop/Mobile. p. Keep an eye on all equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, tools, and all company property not to be misused and guide the teams about all codes related to treatment, uniform, reporting time to time. q. Check all the inventory needed once leaving the office needed for assigned tasks given. r. Avoid distractions such as texting or using mobile devices while driving, manipulating GPS or in-car entertainment systems, and anything else that takes your eyes off the work, your mind off your task. s. It is mandatory to acquire all the trainings which are arranged by the Operation Department time to time. t. Should be flexible in working hours, and can work in any shift, as company operates in day and night shifts as per requirement.
