Job Description
A fast growing marketing management firm is looking for operations supervisor to coordinate and manage market projects on requirement basis. Requirements:
- Oversee efficiency of operational processes and standards
- Understand project requirements and work in tandem with the operations team
- Visit locations in UAE,monitor and report staff performance
- Supervise and train employees where required
- Provide administrative supports.
- Familiar with all government department paperwork & follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of operational principles and policies
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Timely reporting skills to departments/management.
- Must speak English fluently and communicate clearly (Arabic is an added advantage)
- Must have UAE Experience as operations supervisor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (across all levels)
- Driving license with own car.
