Supervise and coordinate daily security operations at assigned sites.
Lead, guide, and monitor security guards to ensure duties are performed effectively.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, client requirements, and SIRA regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to identify and address security risks.
Act as the main point of contact between clients, management, and security personnel.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and incident reports accurately and on time.
Handle emergencies, incidents, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Ensure proper deployment, attendance, and discipline of security staff.
Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and other security equipment.
Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback to guards.
Requirements
Previous experience as a
Security Supervisor or Site Supervisor
is mandatory.
Valid SIRA Supervisor Certificate / License
(mandatory or transferable).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and handle client interactions professionally.
Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
Good command of English (Arabic & Hindi is an advantage).
Immediate joiners preferred.
