Newrest-Wacasco is looking for an Operations Supervisor M/W to join its teams in the Sultanate of Oman Specialist in out-of-home catering in over 130 locations within the country, Newrest-Wacasco is one of the leaders in multi-sector catering in the Sultanate of Oman. MISSIONS: Reporting to the Operations Director, the Operations Supervisor will be in charge of managing our activities (catering, housekeeping & laundry) on sites. To represent the Company and coordinate with the Client to ensure smooth operations. To self-perform and ensure staff discipline with emphasis on performance as per the Scope of Work, within the set standards, guidelines and norms of the Company To comply with the HSE / HACCP Company Policy To achieve the set cost targets (food & labor) according to Newrest-Wacasco target To guarantee the application of Group procedures and standards on sites (operations, finance, purchasing, storage, QHSE, etc.) To Support Operations Director to organize and manage teams, operational units and production units To follow remotely and with site visit all operations To support and follow recruitment process following budget and operations needs To maintain all Operational, Personnel, HSE, HACCP, and other related documents in proper order and in personal custody, with responsibility to produce the same in future for any reference To develop teams skills (evaluation, training, promotion) to develop service quality, performance, and business development To ensure that all Documentation, Daily / Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly reports pertaining to Operations, HR, Stores and Supplies, Clients etc., Requisitions are timely prepared and dispatched so as to reach the Head Office on or before the scheduled date / day To be responsible of the correct use of our internal ERP: Purchase request, menu planification, POB quantities, HACCP trackability etc. To take the necessary action in the event of a crisis associated with employee safety, food contamination, commodity non-conformance, and environmental contamination. To attend meetings and training courses as required Any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by immediate superior or the management PROFILE : Minimum 5 years of professional experience in teams' management Experience in catering companies is mandatory, remote sites is a plus Able to manage of international teams Fluent English, Arabic and/or Hindi are a plus. Hight pressure resistance Sense of organization, method and respect of local constraints Scholar background: Degree in Hospitality, Administration, and related areas CONTRACT DETAILS: Full time - Starting date as soon as possible LOCALISATION: Based in the Sultanate of Oman SALARY: Depending on experience and profile
