We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to help us make our operations team more efficient: purchasing, drawings, production, and logistics. You will manage a total of about 6 people, our team is constantly growing, so the number is approximate.
This job is for a person who is not used to sitting idle, is ready to take on challenges, and wants to develop with us and actively promote our brand in the region.
The results of the Operations Supervisor\'s work are:
- Improving the quality of manufactured products and increasing the speed of production.
- Management of the processes occurring in the operations department, after the order is accepted by the sales manager, within the budgets set for this order.
If you have:
- Experience in a management position (furniture production manager, department supervisor, project manager, and others).
- Knowledge of English at B2-C1 level (70% of the team speaks English).
- UAE driver\'s license and driving experience of at least 2 years (the work is associated with active movement around the city and beyond during the day, so having a license is a prerequisite).
- Willingness to develop (subordinates will reach for a manager who develops).
- Ability to take responsibility.
- Good computer skills, CRM Bitrix24, Excel.
- Have a concept of what furniture is, what parts it consists of, and how the production process takes place.

What we offer:
- Employment according to UAE legislation, after successful completion of the probation period (1-2 months) we provide a work visa, medical insurance, vacation of 30 calendar days, and reimbursement of vacation tickets.

- Working hours: 9.00-18.00 Monday - Friday (sometimes there are working Saturdays, if necessary).
- Starting salary 10 000-12 000 AED + benefits.
