Operations Supervisor
Job Description
A Cleaning company is looking to hire an Operation Manager who has a previous experience in the cleaning business or Facility Management domain, working side by side with the management to achieve the monthly sales target and company objectives. She or He will perform the following activities: 1- Daily operation activity management 2- Prepare a daily cleaning schedule 3- Respond to the client's daily inquiries ( bookings or complaints ) and respond in the right manner 4- Managing the company team's daily work order, and ensuring their performance as per the company standards 5- Assure the company operation is going as per the company godliness 6- Team daily meeting for the daily job order discussion and previous issue or complaint discussion 7- Working on improving the company operation producers, standards, and team performance improvement 8- Provide the management with daily and monthly Sales & Performance reports She or He must has the following skills: 1- Team Leader & Time management 2- Superior customer service & communication skills 3- Great English and computer skills 4- Good planning skills 5- Decision making and ability to find solutions 6- Professionalism to work through KPIs and reporting system Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED5,500.00 per month
