Job Description
The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily back-of-house operations for chocolate, cake, and catering production. The role involves coordinating production planning, managing orders and inventory, and supervising BOH staff to ensure timely, high-quality output in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate production planning and daily kitchen activities for chocolate, cake, and catering operations Manage customer and catering orders, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely execution Oversee inventory management, stock control, and raw material availability Supervise BOH staff and ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules Monitor production processes to maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards Coordinate with sales, logistics, and management teams for order alignment and delivery timelines Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs Prepare production, inventory, and operational reports as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role in chocolate, bakery, cake, or catering production Strong experience in production coordination and inventory management (mandatory) Knowledge of chocolate handling, bakery production, or catering workflows is an advantage Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
