We are looking for an Operations Superintendent who will manage the utilisation of services personnel to meet business requirements. You will be responsible for coordination of the service personnel / SE availability to improve the utilization and ensure proper order execution. You will also ensure fair workload distribution among the service personnel and equip them with different skill sets to best cater to business needs.

We are looking for an Operations Superintendent who will manage the utilisation of services personnel to meet business requirements. You will be responsible for coordination of the service personnel / SE availability to improve the utilization and ensure proper order execution. You will also ensure fair workload distribution among the service personnel and equip them with different skill sets to best cater to business needs.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to OPM (operating principle manual)
- Support service administrative works (air ticket booking, visa application, yard/port entry application, local insurance) where applicable
- Review service engineer service report
- Provide customer relationship management for defined customers and support marketing and sales activities when applicable
- Assist to make a quotation based on scopes of work
- Consult technical support team to resolve any technical issues.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ electrical engineering or technical license
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or a similar field. Preferably in the marine & offshore industry.
- Demonstrate good management and communications skills to gain the trust of the team and organization to keep things moving smoothly.
Competencies:
- Operation management
- Customer centricity
- Broad engineering understanding
- Leadership experience preferred - or high interest to develop in that area
