Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and bookings
via phone
in a professional manner.
Organize daily and weekly schedules for cleaners (homes, offices, and other client locations).
Coordinate with drivers to ensure cleaners arrive on time.
Supervise cleaning staff remotely and monitor service quality.
Promote company services, attract new clients, and follow up through phone calls and offers.
Make sure cleaners without bookings are assigned to new clients.
Send promotional offers to current and potential clients.
Record daily collections, track payments, and issue invoices.
Train new cleaners on company policies, cleaning standards, and safety.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a
cleaning company
is required.
Strong background in
customer service and sales
.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage calls effectively.
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
Fluent in English
(Arabic is an advantage).
