Drive and achieve yearly sales targets for all the showrooms within the assigned territory. Analyze the strengths and weaknesses per store and optimize sales potential through the effective use of available commercial information. Design strategy to turn around non-performing stores. Manage controllable operating costs within budgetary guidelines. Conduct effective communication with teams regarding sales targets and performance. Maximize productivity in stores through effective deployment of staff. Manage, develop, and motivate them to increase sales & profitability. Ensure the optimum rental through better negotiations with mall management & landlords Study the competitors regularly and stay ahead of the competition (Regular Market Study) Develop strategies for new product launches and track the new product sales in total sales Ensure that all stores provide service levels that exceed customers' expectations. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met across the stores. Monitor store administration systems to maximize operational efficiency. Ensure that health and safety regulations, housekeeping standards, etc. are met at professional levels. Concentrate on the development needs of the sales team through floor coaching and the training manager's support. Communicate all relevant information to them to ensure that they have a thorough understanding of the operations, and of their responsibilities. Monitor store inventory, and initiate action on slow-moving and dead stock. Ensure stock security measures are effectively managed. Keep total control on all sort of losses i.e., damages/shrinkages/aging products/overheads to increase the store's profitability. Ensure replenishments from the warehouse are done on time to avoid losing opportunities. Identify potential locations for expansion and submit the proposal to the management. Support the project team in the completion of all local formalities and approval procedures. Supervise & participate in the roll-out of new projects and implement the same as per the project schedule to ensure the opening of the outlet on time.
