You'd be learning about how to build effective operational processes, managing staff remotely, building scalable organization systems, meeting customers' demands, and develop long-term relationships with your customers. What you'll do and learn?

• Execute strategic plans when it comes to growing our revenues, meeting KPIs, and the reliability of the platform.
• Work with your operations manager on how to increase fulfillment rate, and oversee customer requests.
• Build a relationship with your customers and ensure this satisfaction from Sabbar's offering.
• Research on solutions on how to solve for scalability.
