Operations Officer The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an experienced Operations Officer to join a well-established and supportive team in a highly successful and expanding school. About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, the post of Operations Officer is key in supporting the efficient day-to-day running of school facilities and events. Key Duties Include:

• Supporting the management of health and safety in school, ensuring continued compliance with HAAD, ADEK and Nord Anglia Education standards and regulations.
• Supporting the coordination and administration of after-school activities and school trips.
• Assisting with the management of third-party contractors (providing security, catering, cleaners, facilities and school buses).
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date policies, procedures and data required for compliance and inspection by local authorities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in this role or a similar one in the UAE, preferable in a school setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrable problem-solving and project management skills.
• A high level of international and inter-cultural understanding.
