Job Description

Qualifications: - A valid driving license and a car. - University degree of business administration, marketing, operations or related studies. - Experience of 1 year and above in similar domains. - Fluent English language both spoken and written, Arabic is preferred. - Good command on Microsoft applications. - Excellent communication and correspondence skills. - Good knowledge of software work flow and logic. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Duties: - Extend company resources and improve the existing ones for both vendors & clients in coordination with the operations staff. - Facilitate the work flow and extend the capacity of sales department for further volumes. - Engage in day-to-day business, solve problems and find the most feasible solutions that would achieve the best results for the company. - Sourcing products and items domestically and overseas selecting the best candidates for the management approval providing multiple options (at least 3 options). - Preparing price offers for the sales department and management in a fast manner. - Suggest new products and follow the latest trends in the domestic and overseas markets. - Monitoring competition and drafting a competition report on monthly basis to show their latest trends, clients, prices and etc... - Follow company procedures and regulations instructed by the management. - Perform duties that are outside of this scope when instructed by the management, such as emergencies or any other work-related duties. - Conduct required procedures of quality control, domestically or overseas before shipping the goods to customer and getting the management approval before shipping and delivery. - Coordinate with the related parties (Client & forwarder) for the logistics in terms of shipping rates, time, method, warehouse availability and obtain management approval ahead of time to guarantee a smooth and feasible delivery. - Draft presentations for sales department to enable them to achieve more sales volumes. - Improving work flow and suggesting corrective actions on systems and procedures.
