JOB PURPOSE: Accountable for maintenance, modification, coordinating and Delivery of Retail Documentations / Marketing materials to Channel Partners and internal stakeholders for business continuity and new process deployments. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintain, organize & follow up on the stock of all marketing materials;
Coordinate & get necessary internal & external approvals for amendments of marketing materials & forms;
Raise requests for re-printing & follow up on it;
Ensure all documentations within Retail channels is in line with MetLife guidelines;
Maintain the department quality KPI’s and TAT ensuring client satisfaction;
Ensure the delivery of required materials to the Agencies, bank partners & brokers in the agreed TAT;
Ensure full compliance with internal controls within company's standards audit requirements;
Document translation to Arabic as and when required.
Creation, modification and release of Memos per MetLife standards when required.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Graduate
Microsoft Office tools
Fluency in English and Arabic
Adobe Pro Document Modifications
Knowledge of Design tools is an advantage.
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Moderate knowledge of Retail Insurance, and transactions.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations.
Basic management skills.
Strong communication skills
