Job Purpose

• Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of glazing fa\xc3\xa7ade projects.

Duties and Responsibilities Project Management :

• Plan, organise, and manage Glazing fa\xc3\xa7ade Projects from start to finish, ensuring adh\xc3\xa9rence
• to Project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, and work plans, and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and guide a team of project engineers, technicians, and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Assign responsibilities, provide training and mentorship, and evaluate team members\' performance.
• Support the team in resolving technical challenges and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development within the team.

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution, maintaining regular communication and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, specifications, and design criteria.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, identify opportunities for additional projects, and participate in business development activities.

Resource and Budget Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project expenses, review invoices, and track project financials to ensure profitability.
• Optimize resource allocation and productivity to achieve project goals within budgetary constraints.

Quality and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations in all glazing facade projects.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to deliver projects of the highest standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or non-compliance issues.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure that all team members follow established safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
