We are seeking a dynamic

Operations Manager

graphic design and creative services

to oversee daily operations of our writing and design shop. The ideal candidate will combine

, ensuring smooth workflows, quality deliverables, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of the writing & design shop, ensuring efficiency and timely project delivery. Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination to optimize productivity. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards. Monitor budgets, costs, and vendor relationships to maximize profitability. Ensure smooth coordination between writers, designers, and client service teams.

Creative & Design Support

Contribute to graphic design tasks, providing hands-on support when needed. Review, edit, and ensure the creative quality of design deliverables. Collaborate with the creative team on branding, layout, and design projects. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance team output.

Client & Team Engagement

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to clarify project requirements. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff in both operations and design workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related field.

Experience

: Minimum

2 years

of experience in operations management, preferably in a creative/agency environment, with a strong foundation in

graphic design

.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar). Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask under pressure. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills. Creative eye for detail with a balance of operational discipline.
