A reputable and well-established Agritech company is actively recruiting an Operations Manager for their team in Abu Dhabi.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Monitor and maintain operational oversight of Staff and the business output.
- Implement strict directives to meet industry standards and customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations.
- Monitor and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
- Conduct methodical efforts across training, monitoring & output.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Stay updated on the industry trends and innovations.
