PR and Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive PR and Office Operations Manager to join our growing Public Relations Agency. As the PR and Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the agency\xe2\x80\x99s public relations efforts, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement communication strategies that support the clients\' goals and objectives.

This position is responsible for keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on the progress. Make sure the office runs smoothly and both the client who requested the project and the team who execute the work are satisfied with the result.

Role and responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Manage the workflow within the agency, from intake to delivery of projects

\xc2\xb7 Meet with the team and the clients to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues.

\xc2\xb7 Check, edit and proofread Proposals, PR Plans and other documents.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 Identify process improvements and implement changes to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.

\xc2\xb7 Provide support to the team as needed.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure client KPIs are met successfully

\xc2\xb7 Able to single-handedly manage events from inception to post-event coverage, and lead the team

\xc2\xb7 Regularly identify opportunities for new business (both from existing and new clients)

\xc2\xb7 Manage Account Managers and their teams ensuring high quality work for all clients

\xc2\xb7 Stay abreast of and share industry news impacting clients and the business, flagging where opportunities or concerns may arise

\xc2\xb7 Play a key role presenting at pitch presentations

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with team members to prepare responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals from clients

\xc2\xb7 Skilled in networking, building new relationships and promoting the Agency at relevant events

\xc2\xb7 Assist Group Account Manager with daily/weekly/monthly tasks and deputise for GAM when absent from the office.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 3+ years of experience in office and operations management, preferably in a public relations/marketing/communications or advertising agency.

\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and project management skills.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects simultaneously

\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
