General Summary

1. Support the senior operations manager and operations associates in their event deliveries and departmental KPIs.

2. Participate and support the operations department at the corporate field in :

Department Audit

BCM program

Department long term agreement

Negotiation of Suppliers rate card

3. Works with different department to collectively answer events RFPs

Plan and brainstorm the strategic decision

Cover the operations part of the RFP requirement

Design and draw an overlay when its required in the RFP

Present to client

4. Work with the Project team in planning and budgeting

5. Manage client-based events operations, with all its subsidiaries such as accreditation, transportations and traffic management, security, technical and production

6. Plan and deliver, throughout build, live dates and dismantle phases to ensure that client requirements are met.

7. In conjunction with HR, plan for the required manpower needed for each event to deliver the event from the planning phase all the way to the post event report and the budget reconciliation.

8. Communicate and liaise with the respective government authorities for each event to provide a safe and secure venue

9. Control and Monitor operations budget, ensuring a fair procurement process in accordance with the event budget. Responsible for contacting the supplier and acquiring the services needed to deliver all aspects of the operations delivery for an event.

10. Liaise with clients in order to establish relationships and the fluent flow of event-related operational information.
