About Us:
Dugong Adventure World is Qatar's first homegrown theme park brand, based on an animated character, proudly created and owned in Qatar. Inspired by Qatari culture, innovation, and creativity, our park redefines family entertainment through original concepts and global experience.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Theme Park Operations Manager
to lead our team and bring to life the true spirit of Qatar in every guest experience.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Tourism, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in theme park, leisure, or large-scale entertainment operations. Proven leadership and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of Qatar's leisure and entertainment sector. Extensive professional network and database within Qatar. Active, energetic, and always happy personality that inspires team spirit and positivity. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems. Applicants of any nationality are welcome to apply. Driving license is a must.
