Role Overview:

The Sales & Operations Manager will oversee the retail store's day-to-day activities, manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure smooth operational execution. This role requires a motivated leader with a background in luxury retail and strong experience in both front-line sales and back-office operations.

We are only open to candidates currently based in Dubai and originally from the UK, USA, or Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Lead and manage the in-store sales team, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.

Cultivate strong client relationships and deliver a luxury customer experience.

Implement and monitor KPIs and sales reporting tools.

Work closely with digital marketing team to convert online leads into in-store sales.

Handle high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism.

Operational Oversight:

Oversee stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely deliveries and restocking.

Manage POS systems, client CRM, and ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and repairs.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and develop staff in line with company standards.

Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.

Foster a sales-driven and customer-focused team culture.

Reporting & Coordination:

Liaise with senior management on sales trends, stock levels, and client feedback.

Coordinate closely with the UK head office and suppliers for seamless operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail sales and/or store operations, preferably in watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.

Strong organizational and operational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and digital retail tools.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Perfect English communication is important as we are a team of British nationals.
