Proven experience as an
Operations Manager
in pizza chainsor QSR (Quick Service Restaurants). Strong background in managing multiple outlets, staff, and daily operations. Expertise in food safety, quality standards, and customer service. Ability to drive sales, control costs, and meet business targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must belocally available in Qatar
with transferable visa.Immediate joiner
only.Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across pizza outlets. Ensure consistency in product quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence. Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships. Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures. Drive marketing promotions and local business growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Salary Package
QAR 6,000 - 8,000
(depending on experience and qualifications).Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
