Our client ,a leading steel supplier in GCC and has production and fabrication units Operations Manager (Handling entire production unit and operations) Responsibilities & Duties: Monitoring Production Man Hours. Recruitment, Training and testing of Fabricators as per the job requirements. Setting and implementation of time standards of assembling and welding Scheduling of job and committing deliveries. Plans and directs all the resources available in the operations to assure that production goals and targets are met in terms of KPIs set, in accordance with established budgets and individual KPIs. Analyzing via different techniques like SWOT analysis for current and proposed areas of project work Create, maintain, lead, evaluate & develop regional teams to achieve desired results through team performance. Track, monitor, review and evaluate the performance of all team members, perform Skills Gap Analysis and take preventive and corrective measures to increase efficiency of all team members Responsible for formulating and meeting annual budgets and defining of risk and contingency plans to overcome any deviation from set targets monthly, quarterly and annually. Should be able to present the annual Business Plan along with the budget to the Board. Manage health, safety and environmental areas to ensure that the plant facilities operate in compliance with regulations at all levels. Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, material and capital Assure attainment of business objectives and production schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations. Establish group/ team and individual accountabilities (KPIs) throughout assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction, both on a permanent and ad-hoc basis, depending on need Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving. Responsible for the product quality control for the plant by agreeing to standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply. Educational background & Experience:

• Solid back ground in Scheduling cost control, process management, inventory control, quality assurance and safety
• Minimum 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in PEB or Steel industry; 10 years of which in managerial capacity
• Master of Engineering degree
• Experience must include detailed knowledge of operationally functional areas including production, Distribution, Planning, Purchasing Quality, Engineering, Compliance and Capital Management.
