A growing business in Bahrain is looking for an experienced
Operations Manager
with a strong background inPayments
,Food Delivery platforms (Talabat, Jahez, etc.)
, andRestaurant Operations
.The ideal candidate is organised, hands-on, and able to build efficient processes while managing day-to-day operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across delivery, payments, and F&B activities Manage and support on-ground operations teams Build strong workflows, SOPs, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Coordinate with partners, suppliers, platforms, and internal teams Ensure smooth onboarding of staff, drivers, suppliers, and partners Monitor KPIs and identify operational gaps, delays, or quality issues Handle escalations and provide practical, fast solutions Ensure compliance with company standards and operational guidelines
