Operations Manager - Mining and Crusher Production UAE
Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily production and logistics for our mining and crusher facility. This full-time role is based in Fujairah, with a focus on limestone crushing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on GCC experience in quarry and crusher operations, strong leadership skills, and a background in mining engineering.

What You'll Do

• Plan, organize, and run day-to-day production and maintenance operations
• Ensure optimal use of plant assets to improve output and flexibility while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor performance metrics and enforce corrective action where needed
• Develop productivity systems and implement lean strategies to reduce waste and improve turnaround
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational policies
• Oversee on-time shipping and delivery of finished material
• Handle employee relations and administer policy enforcement
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and other resources effectively to meet plant goals
• Track and analyze KPIs to boost efficiency and profitability

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in crusher or mining plant management
• GCC experience with limestone production strongly preferred
• Knowledge of plant safety, operational systems, and production metrics
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
• Ability to relocate to or commute reliably to Fujairah
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
