Job Purpose:
To drive market awareness and user engagement for our Web3 products through strategic event marketing and operational excellence. This role combines hands-on execution with data-driven optimisation to accelerate adoption in global crypto markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Web3 Product Marketing & Campaign Execution
+ Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for Web3 products (e.g., DeFi protocols, NFT platforms)
+ Increase product visibility and DAU through targeted activations Event Strategy & Management
+ Plan and execute high-impact events (virtual/physical), including: Hackathons, AMAs, Conference sponsorships & Community meetups Performance Analytics
+ Monitor KPIs (engagement, conversion, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel
+ Optimise strategies based on real-time data insights Market & User Research
+ Conduct competitor benchmarking and user surveys
+ Provide actionable product improvement recommendations Cross-functional Collaboration
+ Partner with Product/Engineering to align marketing with development roadmaps
+ Work with the BD teams on co-marketing initiatives Community & Social Growth
+ Oversee social media/content calendars (Twitter, Discord, Telegram)
+ Cultivate relationships with KOLs, media, and ecosystem partners
Requirements:
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years of Web3 marketing experience with proven event successes
Portfolio of crypto campaign case studies (provide links)
Expertise in:
+ Community growth tactics
+ On-chain analytics
+ Project management tools Fluent English (writing/speaking) for global campaigns
