Job Description

The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for managing the restaurant operation to ensure that the restaurant is profitable and that customers have a great experience. This includes ensuring the restaurant meets quality, health, safety and cleanliness standards, managing employees and customer service, and overseeing inventory. Applicant must have full P&L responsibility. Work to create and adhere to budgets. Implement short, medium and long term strategies. Able to create expansion plans and budgets - source locations, manage contractors and shop fit outs. Full knowledge of local and international suppliers, able to negotiate rates and terms. Knowledge of local labour and commercial laws. Ensuring all government audits are passed. Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant operations to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction

• Provide leadership to the front of house to create a high-quality experience for our guests

• Provide leadership to the back of house team to ensure quality food is served in a timely manner

• Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate records of all inventory

• Maintain a clean and safe environment through adherence to all safety regulations

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county, or city regulations

• Oversee employee training programs

• Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a restaurant Operations manager

• Proven ability to develop positive relationships with staff at all levels

Job Type: Full-time Salary: BD2,000.000 - BD2,500.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Operations Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
