The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for managing the restaurant operation to ensure that the restaurant is profitable and that customers have a great experience. This includes ensuring the restaurant meets quality, health, safety and cleanliness standards, managing employees and customer service, and overseeing inventory. Applicant must have full P&L responsibility. Work to create and adhere to budgets. Implement short, medium and long term strategies. Able to create expansion plans and budgets - source locations, manage contractors and shop fit outs. Full knowledge of local and international suppliers, able to negotiate rates and terms.
