Operations Manager (mall)

Job Description
Supervise the mall's daily operations, ensuring the efficiency of all departments (retail, security, facilities, cleaning, marketing), achieving targets, and delivering a positive visitor experience.
Manage tenant relationships.
Lead, train, and motivate mall staff to ensure high performance, excellence in customer service, and adherence to health, safety, and operational standards.
Monitor financial performance, control costs, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators and operational challenges.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:
Mall Management: 8 years (Required)
