Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager with a strong background in 5-star hotel operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery Lead, motivate, and support department heads and operational teams Ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with luxury brand standards Monitor operational performance, service quality, and guest feedback Implement and enforce hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other departments Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure timely resolution Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and productivity

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in hotel operations, with proven experience in a 5-star hotel Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and luxury service standards Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Financial and operational management experience is an advantage
