About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations. You'll manage transportation, warehousing, vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with UAE customs and trade regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation. Lead vendor and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service. Manage inventory control, audits, and process improvements. Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement operational enhancements. Guide and develop the logistics team, ensuring compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration. 6-8 years of logistics/operations experience, including 4+ years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of UAE logistics and customs regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
