About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Operations Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in

Sharjah

. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, regulatory compliance, efficient resource management, and an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day clinical and administrative operations. Ensure full compliance with

MOHAP

,

DHA

, and

JCI

accreditation standards. Develop and implement operational procedures and quality improvement plans. Monitor budgets, costs, and performance indicators to optimize efficiency. Lead, train, and supervise operations and support staff. Maintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction and service quality. Coordinate with senior management on strategic and performance goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Healthcare Administration

,

Business Management

, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum

1 years of experience

in healthcare operations within the

UAE or GCC

. In-depth knowledge of

UAE healthcare regulations

(MOHAP/DHA). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in

EHR/HIS systems

.

Fluent in English and Hindi

(Arabic is an advantage).
