To oversee daily business operations and ensure the organization runs efficiently and effectively. The Operations Manager is responsible for streamlining processes, optimizing productivity, and maintaining high standards in service delivery and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
Monitor performance metrics and use data analytics to drive decision-making.
Coordinate and support teams across departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance).
Allocate resources efficiently to meet operational goals and deadlines
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional management.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and operational software tools.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
